Great staff especially Daniel the manager. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. They very accommodating. I needed a late check out and wasn't any issues. The prices are reasonable and they have a free shuttle to DFW. They make sure to get you to airport with plenty of time to spare

I have to say I was somewhat disappointed with the room we had 320 while it was quiet and clean, the first thing I noticed was the toilet seat was not properly secured to the toilet. Then the room phone for some reason was disconnected and laying on the floor. The room had a funny smell to it I'm guessing It has been vacuumed recently ? My fiance and I did not like the small pillows that were on the bed. I brought a couple of my own as I always do for Just in case. She didn't tell me about her issues with the pillows until after we had checked out. I will give the person who checked us in, a good review. He was polite and got us checked in quickly and with no issues. The breakfast was ok. so thank you for that. There was plenty of parking.. finally the carts they have for customers to move their luggage to and from the rooms to the Parking area. Really could use to be replaced with newer ones. Otherwise it was a decent stay. BTW I tightened the toilet seat as best I could. But it needs to be looked at. I should have included a picture. So you will just have to take my word for it.

I was happy with this place. Our booking agent mixed up and booked the wrong room and the front desk was understanding. They helped us out and got us a great room replacement. The gym has a treadmill and elliptical. The pool is indoor and warm - but 3 and 4 feet deep though. The room was clean. Beds were average. Overall definitely worth the price and a good deal

Absolutely love the front desk worker. He is so very polite. Seen so many people be so rude to him and not once did he come out of character. The pool is huge and the room is warm so when you get out you don't freeze. McDonald's is right around the corner, along with a convenient store.

I booked this hotel out of necessity for a one-night layover and was surprised after reading the negative reviews, which is why I felt compelled to leave my own. The hotel is good, quiet, and offers a decent breakfast. The area is nice, with fast-food restaurants within walking distance. Its biggest drawback is the humidity, but I did not find it to be as bad as described by others.

From the moment we arrived, Daniel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Traveling disruptions can be exhausting, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out.

I mean, to be honest, besides from the cockroaches and the broken air conditioning, wasn't too bad. caught the first roach, but then lost count after the third. there were a few small ones mixed in with the larger adult ones, so at least I can say that the place is family friendly. they seem to have it under control, though, since when I checked out my man at the front desk just clicked the mouse at the desk three times (one for each roach, I assume). he was so nonchalant and efficient about it that he didn't even need to type anything in on the keyboard. all in all, the shower pressure was good, but I couldn't say much about the beds since I didn't end up sleeping on them. however, the lobby couches were exquisite. lastly, I'd like to thank American Airlines for this unique experience. also, shoutout to Marcus, the shuttle bus driver. he's unironically the best

Location of hotel is easy to get to! Very quiet and safe area. Hotel is a little old but well kept. Quick service at the front desk. Breakfast provided with a good variety. Abundance of towels in your room. Clean!
